Following terms & conditions (www.businesskaisekarein.com/terms) keeping in mind the best interests of our sponsors/ advertisers/ collaborators/ viewers; organic health & growth of the channel apply if you decide to engage Business Kaise Karein to showcase your business on our channel (https://www.youtube.com/@businesskaisekarein) / social media platforms and inform the audience about your business:

• You should have an active/ functional GST number of your business. It is must to share GST for verification and our reference only.
• All copyrights of video belong to Business Kaise Karein channel. You will NOT download and re-upload content (audio- visuals, pictures, shorts / reels, podcast, text) on any of the platform/ social media including but not limited to YouTube. Any violation is dealt sincerely and strictly.
• We do not show video or share unlisted video for preview or modification before publication. All editorial/ advertorial decisions regarding publication are of the channel. You will be intimated time on the date of publication of video a few hours/ minutes before only.
• You are advised to take all due caution at the time of the video shoot for verification of facts / and other issues and bring it to our notice any mistake or other issues during the shooting or at the earliest on the shoot day itself for correction / remedial measures.
• We do not give links of your social media account or of apps of any kind either in video or in description. We do not give any kind of external links including website or google map in description of videos. What we give in video and description is: your company name, address, phone number/ whatsapp number only.
• It is your whole-sole responsibility to give correct address / phone numbers / whatsapp number / email or relevant information for video or for description. These numbers will not be changed later on in any circumstances. So you are cautioned to check for any mistake / spelling mistakes at your end before sending the contact details / information to us.
• As an active participant to our platforms, you are expected not to spam our video link(s). You should carefully and cautiously share the link only to select few if need be. You are expected to let grow the video organically. Any spam activity through excessive external sharing or embedding the link to unsolicited sites (including without https) may result in un-listing the video and may bar (blacklist) you from further participation on our platform(s).
• We do not give your bank details for any kind of online transaction in our videos in what-so-ever manner.
• There is no co-branding option. We do not specifically embed/ give your brand logo, trademark etc. However, your  banner with your company information at your location may be shown in a few shots inadvertently shot in the background.
• We do not change metadata, thumbnail, description or keywords once video is scheduled or published. Any suggestion regarding title, thumbnail or metadata may be pitched on the same day when video is shot. However, we may accept, or reject any or all suggestions.
• Product / Machine should be yours and any copyright/ trademark violation or legal issues arising out of such dispute will be whole-sole your responsibility. Channel is not liable for any dispute redressal.
• If these is any pending copyright/ trademark related legal issues in any court or anywhere on relevant forums, you must not engage the channel for making video of the same brand/ product/ business.
• You should possess legal rights to shoot at location. Any dispute arising out of location at the time of shoot or afterward is entirely your whole-sole responsibility.
• You must disclose before engagement if you are convicted by any court of law in India or elsewhere. We recommend not to proceed any further even for inquiry if you are a convict. You must disclose before engagement if any FIR if registered or any legal case is undergoing against you in any police station/ court.
• You must not engage our channel / anchor if you are raided by any law enforcement agency and a probe is pending against you. Any subsequent discovery of hiding this information during pre- shoot engagement, during shoot or post shoot may result not only in un-listing of  the video but draw necessary action against violators.
• We do not endorse any business/ product. We make videos only for information / educational purposes. Channel does not sell or market your product/ services. By engaging channel/ anchor you agree not to forcefully feed content that jeopardise the freedom of expression of the anchor/ channel.
• Any misrepresentation in the video found later is dealt seriously and may derive consequent action on our part that may include un-listing of video from the channel and other platforms.
• All business leads lend at your call to action number/ page. We do not handle any lead / enquiry in any manner whatsoever. It is your responsibility to do good, honest, neat and clean business.
• You would strive and make every effort for good image and goodwill of channel and anchor. You will not act in any manner that may harm the repute and credibility of the channel.
• We do not become partners when we showcase your business on our platforms. We merely showcase your business in an interesting way to just inform viewers/ subscribers/ audience about your business.
• We do not delete or switch off comments on videos. However, we reserve all rights to unlist, delete or make private any video without intimation to handle any eventuality.
• It is whole-sole your responsibility to maintain the privacy of people shown in the video. Any person (of all ages / genders) having privacy issue must not be shown / depicted in the video. If the person(s) inadvertently features in the video, you alone will be responsible for violation of his privacy. Channel / cameraperson / anchor or our staff will not be liable for violation of privacy. So, you are advised to remove person(s) including your customers / staff from the shooting scene before the shoot itself.
• Business Kaise Karein channel or sister platforms do not promote any gambling app or activity, crypto currency, Forex trading or gaming app or activity or any dubious financial activity. We do not promote Loan / credit facility (including credit card) activities per se. If you are involved in such activities, you are advised NOT to engage channel / anchor or solicit any kind of content directly or indirectly on our channel. Any mis- representation or hiding of facts may attract deemed necessary action (including unlisting / blacklisting content or legal action) on our part.
• Any violation of community guidelines or unethical practice or dishonesty would bar and blacklist you from further participation on our platforms.
• We do not promise any views/ leads/ business response when we showcase your business on our platforms. However, all our views are absolutely genuine and we strive to bring organic views on our videos.
• No calls / communication with regards to views or business response will be entertained in any manner. Any undue pressure may result in bar / blacklisting you from further participation on our platforms.
• We may put sponsored videos under ” paid promotion” category as per YouTube and legal requirements.
• Channel will not be liable for deletion of content to uphold the ethics and legal values and to uphold rule of law and established law of the land.
• Channel reserves rights to delete published content, re-edit and re-upload content on our channel and other sister social media platforms. No prior intimation will be given for such changed/ modifications.
• No compensation will be paid in any manner if your video is deleted for whatever reasons including legal issues, human error, force majeure, ethical reasons etc.
• You fully understand that channel does not sell anything and undertake that you dis-associate yourself from channel or anchor or its team. You yourself will be fully responsible for any leads, sales, delivery, transportation, quality of the product and services, customer service and satisfaction.
• We are no where between you and your competitors. Any spamming, inadvertent comment, deliberate attempt to disgrace anyone through comments or conversation on our platform, post malicious comment violating our channel / YouTube policy may result in un-lisiting of your video without notice or warning.
• These terms and conditions will apply wherever the content is posted, shared in the form of shorts, reels, stories, pictures, posts or links on Business Kaise Karein channel, its shorts channel, podcast feed, sister platforms or social media platforms.
• You will not reveal our commercials for video(s) or sponsorship package / deal to others and publicly. These are our business secrets. Engaging us means you follow our business secrecy and undertake not to harm our business / commercial interests.
• These terms and conditions are strictly for you and person concerned and not for open publication.
• These terms and conditions, without aberration, apply and binding to all those who find a space on our platforms irrespective if signed on paper or not.
• You either a sponsors/ advertisers/ collaborators or a viewer must read and agree to disclaimer posted in main video of our YouTube channel. By being on the platform or watching the content mean you have already agreed to our terms and condition, have submitted your consent and acting on your own.
• Should you have any further question, you must get answers before engaging/ shooting.
• Business Kaise Karein channel reserves all rights to update the policy without prior intimation. You are advised to check for Policy updates time to time.
