Last Updated: [11 October 2026]
Policy Version: PR-POLICY-1.1

1. Purpose

This policy explains how BKK receives, reviews, processes and publishes Press Release submissions.

BKK Press Release is a submission-for-editorial-consideration service. Submitting material does not automatically result in publication.

All submissions remain subject to BKK’s editorial, compliance, technical and publication standards.

2. Who May Submit

Press Releases may be submitted by:

  • companies;
  • businesses;
  • organisations;
  • professionals;
  • authorised representatives;
  • founders and entrepreneurs;
  • public relations or communications representatives acting with appropriate authority.

A person submitting material on behalf of another organisation must have the authority to do so.

BKK may request verification where reasonably necessary.

3. What Can Be Submitted

Suitable Press Releases may include announcements concerning:

  • company launches;
  • products and services;
  • business developments;
  • partnerships;
  • investments and funding;
  • appointments;
  • events;
  • awards and achievements;
  • expansion;
  • technology;
  • startups;
  • manufacturing;
  • entrepreneurship;
  • education;
  • sustainability;
  • corporate initiatives;
  • other legitimate organisational announcements.

Suitability remains subject to editorial review.

4. Submission Requirements

A submission should contain sufficient information for BKK to understand the announcement.

Depending on the applicable plan, the submission may include:

  • organisation/company information;
  • contact information;
  • Press Release headline;
  • summary/deck;
  • location or dateline;
  • full Press Release content;
  • images;
  • approved social/media URLs;
  • preferred article or website URL;
  • preferred publication date;
  • embargo information.

Customers should ensure that submitted information is complete and accurate.

5. Editorial Review

Every submitted Press Release may undergo editorial, compliance and technical review.

BKK may assess:

  • factual clarity;
  • relevance;
  • accuracy;
  • legal or compliance concerns;
  • potentially misleading claims;
  • source attribution;
  • intellectual-property concerns;
  • image and media rights;
  • links and URLs;
  • promotional or commercial character;
  • public-interest considerations;
  • formatting and presentation;
  • suitability for publication.

BKK may request clarification or supporting documentation before proceeding.

6. Possible Editorial Outcomes

Following review, a submission may be:

Approved

The submission has passed the applicable review stage and may proceed through the publication workflow.

Changes Required

BKK may request corrections, clarification or additional information from the submitter.

Held

BKK may temporarily hold a submission while awaiting information, verification, an embargo date or another required action.

Rejected

BKK may decline a submission where it does not meet applicable editorial, legal, technical, safety or compliance requirements.

Published

An approved submission may subsequently be published through the applicable BKK Press Release publication system.

Approval and publication are separate workflow stages where applicable.

7. Publication Is Not Guaranteed

Use of the Press Release service, payment of applicable fees or consumption of a submission credit does not guarantee publication.

BKK does not guarantee:

  • publication;
  • a particular publication date;
  • search-engine indexing;
  • search ranking;
  • SEO performance;
  • backlinks;
  • traffic;
  • leads;
  • social-media reach;
  • conversions;
  • business results.

8. Editorial Independence

BKK maintains editorial discretion over submitted Press Releases.

A commercial relationship or paid Press Release service does not require BKK to publish material that does not meet its editorial, legal, technical or compliance requirements.

Payment does not purchase editorial approval.

9. Accuracy and Verification

BKK may rely substantially on information supplied by the submitting organisation or authorised representative.

Publication of a customer-submitted Press Release should not automatically be interpreted as independent verification or endorsement by BKK of every statement contained in the submission.

BKK may request supporting documents where a claim appears material, unusual, disputed or otherwise requires clarification.

10. Claims Requiring Particular Care

BKK may apply additional scrutiny to claims involving:

  • financial performance;
  • investment opportunities;
  • health or medical matters;
  • employment or recruitment;
  • government approvals;
  • regulatory status;
  • defence or security;
  • legal proceedings;
  • awards or certifications;
  • market leadership;
  • rankings;
  • statistics;
  • customer results;
  • environmental claims;
  • allegations against another person or organisation.

Where appropriate, supporting documentation may be requested.

11. Prohibited or Problematic Content

BKK may reject or request changes to material that contains or promotes:

  • knowingly false information;
  • deceptive claims;
  • fraud;
  • unlawful activity;
  • defamatory allegations;
  • infringement of intellectual-property rights;
  • unauthorised use of personal information;
  • malicious links or harmful code;
  • impersonation;
  • fabricated credentials or achievements;
  • misleading financial or investment claims;
  • unlawful products or services;
  • material that creates significant legal, safety or security concerns.

12. Commercial and Promotional Content

Press Releases may contain legitimate commercial information.

However, BKK may distinguish between editorially suitable announcement material and content that is primarily advertising or promotional in nature.

Where appropriate, BKK may apply a commercial, promotional or sponsored-content disclosure.

Publication of commercial material does not constitute endorsement or certification by BKK.

13. Images, Videos and Other Media

Customers are responsible for obtaining the necessary rights and permissions for all submitted media.

BKK may technically process submitted images for web delivery, including:

  • resizing;
  • compression;
  • cropping;
  • formatting;
  • optimisation.

BKK may reject or remove media that creates copyright, privacy, authenticity, safety, technical or editorial concerns.

14. Social-Media and External URLs

Submitted YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter or other permitted URLs may be reviewed before publication.

BKK may decline a URL where it is:

  • irrelevant;
  • misleading;
  • unsafe;
  • broken;
  • inappropriate;
  • unlawful;
  • technically incompatible;
  • inconsistent with editorial or compliance requirements.

BKK does not guarantee SEO value, backlink value, ranking or referral traffic from published links.

15. AI-Assisted Submissions

AI-assisted content may be submitted where permitted.

The submitter remains responsible for reviewing the final material and ensuring:

  • factual accuracy;
  • appropriate attribution;
  • lawful use;
  • originality or required permissions;
  • accuracy of claims;
  • protection of personal information;
  • compliance with applicable law.

BKK may request clarification where AI-generated or heavily automated content raises factual, authenticity or attribution concerns.

16. Editorial Changes

BKK may make reasonable changes for:

  • grammar;
  • spelling;
  • formatting;
  • readability;
  • structure;
  • headlines;
  • presentation;
  • technical compatibility;
  • editorial consistency.

Where a substantive factual or compliance concern exists, BKK may request changes from the submitter rather than making the change itself.

17. Publication Dates and Embargoes

Customers may provide a preferred publication date or embargo where supported by the service.

A preferred publication date is not a guaranteed publication date unless BKK expressly confirms otherwise.

BKK will make reasonable efforts to respect a valid embargo but may delay, modify or withhold publication where required by editorial, legal, technical or operational considerations.

18. Corrections and Complaints

Customers and other affected parties may report factual, copyright, privacy, legal or other concerns regarding a published Press Release.

Complaints should be sent to:

editorial@businesskaisekarein.com

Please provide the article URL and a clear explanation of the issue.

BKK may request supporting evidence before taking action.

Further procedures are provided in the BKK Press Release Corrections, Complaints & Takedown Policy.

19. Removal or Takedown

BKK may modify, restrict or remove a published Press Release where reasonably necessary because of:

  • legal requirements;
  • copyright or intellectual-property concerns;
  • serious factual concerns;
  • fraud;
  • misleading information;
  • safety concerns;
  • regulatory or court directions;
  • policy violations;
  • security concerns;
  • technical or operational reasons.

Publication does not create an unconditional right to permanent publication.

20. Editorial Records

BKK may maintain records relating to Press Release submissions and editorial decisions for operational, security, legal, compliance and dispute-resolution purposes.

Such records may include submission information, editorial notes, status changes and related communications.

21. Customer Cooperation

Customers should respond promptly where BKK requests:

  • clarification;
  • corrections;
  • supporting documents;
  • rights or permission confirmation;
  • identity or authority verification;
  • updated information.

Failure to provide requested information may result in a submission being held, rejected or otherwise not published.

22. Relationship With the Press Release Terms & Conditions

This policy should be read together with the:

BKK Press Release Terms & Conditions

In case of a conflict, the applicable legal terms and mandatory requirements of law will prevail.

23. Policy Changes

BKK may update this policy when necessary to reflect:

  • changes to the Press Release service;
  • editorial requirements;
  • legal or regulatory developments;
  • technical changes;
  • security requirements;
  • operational changes.

The latest version will be published on this page.
